1. Order & Payment

1.1 How do I place an order?
Place your order by adding the desired products to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and following the steps to complete your order. Don't forget to enter your address and payment method to process your order.

1.2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and many more. Available payment options are displayed on the payment screen.

1.3 Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@fikrashop.com Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer change or cancel it.


2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 What are the shipping costs?
For shipping within the Netherlands, we charge €5.95 per order. Shipping to Germany and Belgium is €6.95. Shipping is free for orders up to €50.

2.2 How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. If you haven't received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

2.3 Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email which you can use to track your package.


3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 How can I return a product?
You can return a product within 30 days of receipt by sending an email to info@fikrashop.com with your order details and the reason for return. We will then send you further instructions and the return address.

3.2 Who pays the return costs?
You are responsible for the cost of returning products, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will cover the return costs.

3.3 How do I get my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount to the account you used for payment within 14 days. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
